Commitment Required: Six months, 3 hours per week + Orientation and Training
Typical Shift: 3-hour shifts Monday-Friday during business hours (typically 9am-12pm or 1pm-4pm)
In this role you will:
Contact families that have connected with Luna Victim Services Team to complete the pre- and post-survey requirements.
Input quantitative and qualitative data to enhance reporting and outcome measurement.

What we are looking for in this role:
Interested and enthusiastic about proper data collection and reporting to support outcome measurement.
Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
Ability to demonstrate maturity, reliability, and punctuality as well as a strong work ethic.
Ability to maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive information.
Sensitivity towards family histories, potential impacts of previous experiences, and cultural differences.
Desire to work independently and in a cross-functional team environment.
