Volunteer Coordinator (18-Month Maternity Leave)
Reporting to the Director of Programs and Integrated Practice, the Volunteer Coordinator will perform a variety of duties related to recruitment and screening, training and onboarding, supervision and support, and engagement and recognition of all volunteers and post-secondary practicum students within the agency. The Volunteer Coordinator will lead the day-to-day coordination and administration of Luna’s volunteer program by working closely with volunteers and students, as well as staff working directly with volunteers and students, to ensure a smooth and operational program. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment requiring a high level of teamwork. The Volunteer Coordinator will work 20 hours per week in this part-time role.
